A typical Table Mesa course has anywhere from 1 to 3 hours of content, with a variety of text, images, video, and audio included. This being said, there is not a pre-built or standard course style; we simply keep up-to-date with all the trends amongst providers and keep you informed about what is common, what seems to be working, and what should be avoided.
Some suggestions we have for you, based on our most successful providers and current course trends, are:
- Have a healthy mix of media to make for a more engaging learning experience. The courses with the most completions and highest review ratings include multiple types of media information
- Attempt to avoid entirely text-based courses or courses that are simply photocopied pages from a book, as they end to see critical reviews and fewer completions
- Use a combination of true/false, multiple choice, and short answer questions in your quizzes and tests to get the most accurate and measurable data from your licensees
- We recommend keeping the questions to a medium difficulty level, and setting a "pass percentage" of 70%, as these tend to be most common
