First things first: If you are going to be using video links in your courses, make sure your video links are up-to-date! We've found a lot of courses with expired YouTube or Vimeo links. These not only prevent the licensees from learning the intended information, but also lead to negative experiences for your licensees.
Now on to what you came here for . . .
Follow these steps to include media in your courses!
Scroll down to the course you would like to add media to, and click "Edit."
Once you're in your course, go to the page where you wish to add your media, click on a blank space, and a "+" sign will appear.
Click the "+" sign and camera, movie, music, and video camera icons will appear. Click on the camera icon to add an image, movie icon to add a video link, the music icon to add audio, and video camera icon to add a video from your computer.
Images, audio, and videos are simply "click and choose," where you click the icon you want, find the file you want to upload, and upload it. Video links have a few extra steps, so we will go through them last!

The movie icon (the second one) allows you to embed videos from the internet into your courses. When you click it, you will be asked to paste your video link from YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Then press "Enter."
After that, your video should look like this.
