If you are getting an error saying your email is already in use, the most common reason is an incomplete account registration; you got partway through, but still have a few more things to do. An incomplete registration would cause any of the following:
Not receiving the password reset email
An error saying your email already taken
An inability to access your account
To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Take the email address you used to try to sign up, and paste it at the end of this link: https://www.mytablemesa.com/account/register?userName=
Step 2:
Copy and paste that link into your web browser. You should see something similar to this.
Step 3:
Fill out the form with the rest of your information, and then your account registration will be finished!
