What do I do if my email is already taken?

Did you finish you entire account registration?

If you are getting an error saying your email is already in use, the most common reason is an incomplete account registration; you got partway through, but still have a few more things to do. An incomplete registration would cause any of the following:

  • Not receiving the password reset email

  • An error saying your email already taken

  • An inability to access your account

 To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Take the email address you used to try to sign up, and paste it at the end of this link:

Step 2:

Copy and paste that link into your web browser. You should see something similar to this.

Step 3:

Fill out the form with the rest of your information, and then your account registration will be finished!
