There are a lot of courses on the marketplace. It happens that you think you found the right course, and realized after you had purchased it that it wasn't the course you wanted or needed.
Once you reach out to our support team, we will look into your specific situation, and in most cases, refund your purchase. You can then go find and purchase the correct course and get back to renewing your license.
Please note that refunds are delivered on a case-by-case basis. We want to help and support you as effectively and quickly as possible, but all requests for refund are investigated to ensure the claim is legitimate.
