To add a survey/evaluation to your course, follow these easy steps:

Step 1:

Login to your Table Mesa account

Step 2: 

Click on "Courses" in the upper right, and select the course you want to add a survey to.

Step 3: 

Once you're in the course, click on the green "+" button at the bottom right, and click on "Survey."

Step 4: 

Type in your survey title.

Step 5: 

Type in your question, press the "enter/return" key, and add your choices.

Step 6: 

Continue adding questions until your survey is complete.

Step 7:

And you're done! You can drag and drop your survey anywhere in the course, and you can insert as many surveys as you'd like.

NOTE: We only have Short Answer and Single-choice option for the surveys. Multiple-choice surveys will be available soon. Stay tuned!
